Sending flowers?
I would like to send flowers to a friend's work as a thank you gift. Our cities are about 30 miles apart, but I have no way of delivering them personally. Is it better to go to a florist in my town, call a florist in hers, or order from an online site such as 1800flowers or FTD? I'd like the option that would give me the best quality flowers at a low price
- well, FTD is a local service. they direct the order to the local florist. In my experience, 1800flowers sent me better quality than FTD. But that might just be a local thing
- Interflora
- call a florist in her area but if you prefer to see what you are sending definitely use an online service like 800 - flowers or FTD
- call a national company - like 1800flowers or FTD as you suggested - and they will happily deliver them fresh, at a compe ive rate
- My spouse frequently sends me flowers from ProFlowers. they are always lovely and they have a huge selection. You order them over the internet. I do not know how they compare with these other options price - wise, but all I can say is ordering arranged flowers is expensive, no matter which way you go. Good luck! I hope you find something that works out
